Native American Tiger's Eye Stone Choker
Aaron Calabaza Santo Domingo: Native American jewelry from American Indian artisan Aaron Calabaza of Santo Domingo Pueblo. Aaron is among the third generation of Calabazas to produce hand carved semi-precious stones for jewelry pieces. His wife Victoria (also a Native Pueblo Indian) designs and puts together the jewelry pieces. Celestial Creations' founder Celeste Rich purchases his pieces directly from his wife Victoria, who brings his work to her in Truth or Consequences every few months for Celeste to choose from personally. The Calabazas purchase their semi-precious stones in chunks directly from stone vendors who come to the Pueblo. When you purchase jewelry from this Santo Domingo Pueblo artisan, you are helping to support Native Americans who desire to continue their tradition of crafting unique gemstone jewelry. Note that the Santa Domingo Pueblo does not have any relationship with a casino, so most crafters and artisans rely on their jewelry skills to make a living. Made in USA by full-blood Native American Indians.
This choker is adjustable to most neck sizes and is suitable for both men and women. This item would make an excellent gift for the special person who appreciates southwestern and Native American Indian jewelry.
