  • We require your first and last names to help us differentiate your registration profile from others at Celestial Creations and They also allow us to automatically populate shipping information forms should you decide to order from Celestial Creations and We require a mailing address in order to make the checkout process faster. Your address will also be added to our customer information database to allow us to research and offer products and services specifically designed for you and customers like you.
  • We require a phone number in case there is a problem with your order. We will not telemarket to you. However, you may be emailed and asked to participate in an optional survey designed to help us improve your shopping experience.
  • We require a ZIP code so that we can ship to you and/or know where the people who browse our website are located.       We require an email address because, unlike your first and last name, it identifies you uniquely.


Receiving an order acknowledgement via email doesn’t guarantee the acceptance of an order. Celestial Creations and reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered and / or refuse to sell to any customer. We offer many one-of-a-kind items and may not always be able to fulfill an order, regardless of it being shown as ‘in stock’ on our website. By using the website and/or placing orders, you are agreeing that you understand and accept that orders are subject to our actual stock on hand, regardless of whether the shopping site shows it to be in stock. We will make every effort to notify you within 48 hours if any of the items you ordered are not in stock or available and give you an option to replace it with a like kind item or remove it from your order for a full refund. In some cases, each item is hand-crafted to order; in this case, the details about variations and ship times are included in the details for that item.

We are located in a small town in a rural area. As such, we will ship by best method available unless you are paying extra for specific expedited shipping services.
